Only faulty or damaged products will be exchanged for the same item subject to stock availability

Items must be returned within 14 days from the time of purchase

HOW do customers return items?
Upon contact and approval from our customer service a satchel will be dispatched to you and faulty or incorrect items will need to be returned to the above address

SHIPPING for returns?
Customers will not pay for the shipping of faulty items 

CREDIT for returns?
Customers will receive a credit refund via their paypal account or the method as to which payment was originally made

Instore return option?
Faulty items can be returned directly to our store location at 6B/191 Parramatta Road, Auburn NSW 2144

Packing materials?
Yes, Items must be in their original condition
